Saying Good-bye and Good Luck

by Miriam Caldwell | More from this Blogger

This is my last post as a blogger at families.com. I just wanted to write a simple thank you to those who have been reading my words for the last several years. I have truly enjoyed my time here, and I've really felt blessed, as I have shared my testimony of the gospel. I have grown tremendously as I have studied the scriptures more deeply, and I have gained a better understanding of the blessings that the gospel brings into our lives.

The years that I have spent writing here have not been the easiest for me personally. My family has faced many struggles both spiritual and temporal in nature, but through these trials I have felt the Lord's hand in my life. I know that He loves me and He is watching over me. I also know that He loves all of His children, and is watching over each of you as well.

I hope that the words that I have written have touched your hearts and have given you a better understanding into the hearts and lives of those that belong to the church. I hope that you come away better understanding the Mormon culture and religion. As I have written, I have tried to address many issues that families and individuals face as they strive to live the gospel in the world today.

I wish you all the best. I hope that you can find peace in your lives, and that you will be happy as you continue to walk the path that you have chosen. I will miss writing and sharing my testimony with others on a regular basis. This job has been a great opportunity for me in many ways. I wish families.com continued success. I know that Tristi will continue to provide you wonderful blogs to read about the LDS faith. Good-bye.
