I thought that Elder M Russell Ballard’s talk “Daughters of God” was very poignant. This may be because I am a young mother, and I have been struggling with balancing my family’s needs with my own and other outside needs. In his talk “The Great Commandment” Elder Joseph B Wirthlin speaks about the one thing that sets apart from others. He begins by sharing the account of Paul writing to the Corinthians and urging them to develop charity for each other. In his talk “In the Arms of His Love” President Gordon B Hinckley spoke specifically to the women of the church. He opened his talk by speaking of the greatness of the Relief Society. He shared that the Relief Society has over five million members, with members in nations across the world. He spoke of the diversity of the members both in age, ethnicity, and their roles in life.
