In his talk “Spiritual Nutrients” President James E Faust speaks about the importance of spiritual nutrients. He opens his talk by sharing his experience of taking rock salt to salt licks for the cattle when he was a boy. Marking Your Scriptures

One of the ways to get the most out of your scripture study is to mark your scriptures. There are many different ways to do this—probably as many ways as there are people who read, but I’d like to share some ideas here that may appeal. 1. We all know that we need to nourish ourselves spiritually. Our testimonies will not stay strong, if we are not working on developing them on a daily basis. One important part of making sure that you are strengthening your testimony is to establish set times to study the scriptures meditate and pray.
