General Conference Anytime, Anywhere

I love modern technology. Although it can come with pitfalls and problems, it can also bring blessings and make our lives easier. As a mother with three small children, General Conference feels like an extended version of sacrament meeting – I hear little and understand less, all while reminding myself that I’m setting a good example. General Conference: “The Power of Patience”

In his talk “The Power of Patience” Elder Robert C Oaks speaks about the importance of developing patience. He opens his talk by referring to Mormon’s description of charity, which can be found in Moroni 7. He points out that four of the eleven characteristics of charity involve developing your patience.
